Growing Directions:
Growing mustard microgreens is perfect for beginners and kids–also, for those who just love the flavor of mustard greens. And this colorful mustard microgreens mix really packs a punch of spice and savory flavor. No presoak necessary. Simply, spray the seeds down after you’ve spread them across your desired growth medium. Both hydroponic mediums and soil work great for mustard micros. Cover seeds with a little more soil or a wet papers towl and cover with something to keep the light out and the moisture in for a couple days while the seeds germinate. Remove cover and expose to light once the mustard seeds have germinated and watch them grow over the course of two to three days, watering at least once a day. Check soil with your finger for moisture levels.
